Shipping
All orders are shipped with Canada Post unless otherwise specified. Lead times can vary on products but most will ship within 1-6 days. Orders are processed Mondays through Fridays. Once your order is packed and labeled you will recieve a shipping notification to the email provided in checkout.
Returns
Please choose carefully as works are made in small batches and at this point I cannot offer a refund unless the work is damaged in the shipping.
Broken Work
If wares arrive broken please provide evidence of the broken shipment as you found it in the box. Photos can be sent to [email protected] with the order number in the subject line of the email. I will re-ship any brocken wares as quickly as possible.
Care
All works are dishwasher and food safe. However, some sudden changes in extreme temperatures can cause thermal shock which will damage the piece. Microwave safe but not recommended.
